Payment terms for services rendered by Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd are as per the agreement between the client and Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. All payments are due upon receipt.

Any intellectual property created as part of the services provided by Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to websites, apps, and graphics, shall remain the property of Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd until full payment has been received.

Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client.

Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

The logo and images used on our website are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply any relationship or endorsement between Shinewell Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd and the depicted entities.

The terms “partner” or “business partner” used on our website may represent either the fact that we are using their services or they are using ours. It does not imply any legal partnership or business relationship.
